She handled everything for us, even things we did not expect her to, like getting estimates from dozens of repair professionals when we were trying to buy one house that needed work, and the seller wasn't working with us. She helped us back out of that offer and saw to it that they gave us all our money back. She made sure that when we did finally find our home that they included a warranty and kept all the appliances there (two things we didn't think of asking for, but are so glad she did!). We never had to second guess if she had our best interest in mind. Working with Karen felt like working with a trusted family member.
